Swinging Clubs
It's been over 2 years since I last swung a golf club and hacked my way around a golf course and it looks like I've got the itch to get out there and do it all again.

Time required!
Obviously to play a round of golf takes around 4 hours of walking back and forth over the fairway hitting a golf ball in the rough direction of the green. Even 9 holes takes a couple of hours and a visit to the driving range an hour.
All of which can be hard to find when being a parent to 2 young children.
Finding that time
When at home the first lot of time to find is to pop to the driving range and get back in to the swing (damn right I did that!) of things.
As I said It's been a couple of years since I last played a full round and when I got to play 9 holes with my Dad recently it showed.
Finding an hour in the evening or at the weekend isn't impossible and can be cut short if required.
Getting a round in will require some help as my son is currently full of energy the moment he wakes up until nap time and then from his nap until bed time. Pair that with a 3 month old who also wants attention.
Hopefully as my daughter gets a little older and settles down in to exisiting things for everyone will get easier and time will appear on a weekend or summer evening to get in just 9 holes if possible.
