Droplet Series 2 Launch
In case you’re not in the know last night saw the launch of the series 2 Droplets designed by Gav (aka Jam Factory) and brought to life by Crazy Label at the Fifty Fifty Store on Park street in Bristol.
After being teased by pictures of custom Droplets and the actual series 2 arriving it was great to finally be stood on Park street waiting to see everything. Arriving around 17:30 I wasn’t expecting to see the queue I did. I dare to think what time people started but there were already around 20-25 people waiting.

WDC2008, It’s over….for now
It was one hell of a week last week!
First off since September 2007 I’ve been planning the second Web Developers Conference event, WDC2008. It started off having to find a date people could make and one which didn’t clash with event’s going on at the Watershed. Now you’d think this would be pretty easy, but it really isn’t!
It has to been a Wednesday so students like myself on UWE’s Web Design degree have the time away from lectures to attend the event. Last time I ordered any type of business card it was the MOO Minicards these were great to hand out at informal events like OpenCoffee.
The reason I’m back on topic is this time my order from MOO had a problem. With most online sites where you “create” or “design” an item or product you expect to get exactly what you saw on screen. On MOO you can the messages saying you design may get cut or be blurry which is fine but you create an image which will fit on the card.
